THE ROAD TO ACCEPTANCE Hopefully, after one, two, three, or even more careful exchanges, you will have a properly executed Agreement for Purchase and Sale on your home. This is an extremely important step. However, unless you were extremely fortunate in concluding on an offer with no conditions, you cannot yet relax. All conditions, both yours as Seller, and the Buyer’s, must be removed within their specified time frames, before the contract becomes firm and binding on both parties. The road to a completed sale requires that the Seller understand the next series of steps, necessary to the achievement of eventual success:
The Naked Homeowner guides you through the critical period following your acceptance of an offer or counter-offer. BUY AND READ THE NAKED HOMEOWNER to dramatically increase the chances of your accepted offer becoming a FIRM AND BINDING AGREEMENT!
